How fun is a first-birthday cake smash?
The reveal of the cake, the look of disbelief on the face of the baby, then the joy that accompanies the smashing (and consuming) of the actual cake - it's such an adorable event for families!
For most kiddos, this is their first time tasting cake - which makes for some really adorable expressions!
Taking photos of babies with their cakes on their first birthdays is nothing new. Our parents snapped photos of us doing it, and it's become a social media right of posting passage for today's parents. So why hire a photographer to take cake smash photos for you? Here are a few reasons:
- Kids are LITERALLY only this age once. Be sure everything from their bright eyes to their chubby little toes are captured on camera.
- Parents have their hands full with one year olds (and any older siblings). Let someone else take the photos.
